We provide dance fitness classes in a positive and energetically unique atmosphere at our studio located at Andrejostas 5 in Riga. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, physical fitness, or dance skill level.

These classes offer dynamic and engaging workouts where you'll learn various styles of dance fitness combinations, while simultaneously strengthening overall body muscles and burning calories intensively.

KamiBo®️ With Diana

KamiBo®️ is a challenging and exhilarating interval workout that combines elements of martial arts and aerobics. It includes elements from kickboxing, karate, boxing and classic group fitness.

You will develop strength, dexterity, flexibility, agility and a sense of one's own body. KamiBo®️ combines the flow of yin and yang, making you feel the power of both physical and mental abilities.

The workout consists of four stages: "Qi stage", which mobilises and prepares for practice, "Fighter stage", in which we learn workout combinations with the addition method, "Showdown" or the peak of energy discharge, which is followed by the reflection phase. This unique experience allows us to feel our own ability to control our body, self-confidence and celebrate movement as a celebration of energy!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If there's availability in the group, you can attend classes on demand for a single session at €20 (drop-in class). However, individuals with monthly subscriptions will have priority access to class attendance.

No, you cannot pay with cash. Our services must be paid for by card on our website. An electronic invoice will be issued for payment.

You can join classes at any time with your subscription. The subscription grants you access to classes for the duration specified upon purchase. For example, if you purchase a 1-month subscription, you can use it for one calendar month from the date of payment. A calendar month is defined as the period from a specific day in one month to the corresponding day of the next month, or to the last day of the next month if there isn't a corresponding day (e.g., January 3 to February 3 or January 31 to February 28/29).

The user can use the workouts only as many times as specified in the purchased subscription. If the lessons are not fully used within a certain period of time, it does not carry over to the next month and is forfeited.

The missed classes of any purchased subscription cannot be transferred to another day and are forfeited. No refunds will be given for missed classes of any purchased subscription.
