At our dance fitness studio, you'll not only have the opportunity to train and feel physically and emotionally uplifted but also engage in various joint events, retreats, professional video filming sessions, brunches, meetings, and additional activities aimed at personal growth!

Every month, we organise projects wherein our existing trainers and guest coaches collaborate to foster physical, emotional, and spiritual development.

At the end of every month, we embark on a video project! Each participant dares to take a bold step towards enhancing self-confidence and fostering high self-esteem. From dance fitness to personal growth through dance!

Studio founder & Coach

  • Extensive dance experience for 20 years;
  • Acquired knowledge in the most prestigious studios in Los Angeles and Spain;
  • Certified trainer in group fitness and private lessons;
  • After founding the successful "Aggressive" dance studio and SIA "Karsējmeitenes" in Latvia, I also spearheaded "Dance Fit" projects in both Latvia and Spain;
  • For many years, she has been passionate about self-discovery and mindfulness practices, seamlessly integrating them into dance fitness workouts.

What is PDW©? We label it as DANCE FITNESS to provide our followers with a clearer direction. However, it's important to note that the training we offer extends far beyond traditional dance fitness. We are a BRAND that prides itself on uniqueness and an original training concept!

Why PDW©? The name originates from the blend of words - PROGRESSIVE DANCE WORKOUT. True to its name, the classes embody progressiveness. As the name appeared overly long, it was condensed to PRO DANCE WORKOUT, where 'PRO' carries an additional significance: Professionalism.

Always on a journey of self-discovery, seeking increased inner fulfillment and embracing an active, healthy lifestyle. Dance fitness has proven to be an excellent way to combine all these elements into one. With over 15 years of experience in dance and physical activities, I've delved into both contemporary and modern dance styles. Joining PDW© in 2021 stands as one of my best decisions. Since 2022, I've been coaching dance fitness sessions. Concurrently, I'm pursuing qualifications as a nutritionist. Life is about living and realizing projects and ideas that ignite passion and excitement within you! Dare to explore further, follow your inner compass, and live a truly fulfilling life!

Diana

Coach
Diana is a recognized fitness trainer by the LFBB and holds a degree in sports studies. She has a passion for conscious movements in strength training, yoga, and dance. Sport is not only Diana's passion but also a way of life that she seeks to share and teach others to enjoy.
Diana believes that a woman's beauty is primarily defined by her personality and charisma, yet it is greatly enhanced by a trained body that instills strength and confidence in her.
